PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

SHIPPING TIME

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Portugal & Europe: 7–20 business days
  • - Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
